Buyer beware, Last December 2017 I went into the Westborough, MA. location. I spoke to a manager to request a 1 year membership for my son's x,mas present. Sounds simple right? I specifically asked them to make sure that I would not have an "automatic" renewal once the 1 year membership had expired. Simple enough? Nope just like other reviews they have no issues stealing your money and justifying it with Tom Bujold's (GM) rhetoric. I do believe the facility is good but do not expect a positive customer experience when trying to get them to stop taking or asking for unearned monies. Tom don't bother with your meaningless response.
