Charlie Kriegel was able to get the house we wanted at the price we wanted with three other offers on the table that were all higher than what our offer was - AMAZING!!!

If that wasn t amazing enough he also managed to sell our old home within a month of our offer being accepted on the new house at the price we wanted to receive (higher actually)!!!

In less than 60 days we bought, sold and moved with pure ease!!! I absolutely cannot recommend Charlie or any of his team at Winhill enough!!!! They are the BEST!!!!
