For quite some time now, every month I receive a text reminder from Bosveld about a collection that does not concern me, but a family member.
I have also told Bosveld, also via SMS, that they must send a reminder to the person who is affected, and not someone who has nothing to do with it. And that I don't want to receive text messages from now on.
This request was not honored. I still get those annoying text messages;
After I had complained by telephone, the Bosveld official wanted to obtain personal information about the person who was involved through me.
It seemed that in return for removing the SMS you were asked for a consideration.
I think this is a shameful approach.
