My daughter has been with Isure for almost 3 yrs when we had the unfortunate experience of having to put in a claim. We were getting no answer from our insurance adjuster and I reached out to an isure broker. Shirley V. answered the phone and I explained my situation. She went over and above to call the adjustor herself and got me the answers to all of my questions. She was very pleasant and professional and explained everything in a manner that we would understand. Great job. Amazing customer service
