If only the staff and service could have the same beauty and charm as the building. The worst 5 star hotel service I ve ever encountered. Extremely rude and judgmental front desk, concierge, and porter. The room that I was assigned wasn t even cleaned with an unmade bed and dirty towels on the floor. Never an apology, just rolled eyes and some condescending comments.
