I had a mixed experience with Tek supply inc. While their website plcsuperstore.com is user-friendly and offers a good selection of products, I had some issues with their customer service. The response time was slower than expected, and the support staff seemed uninformed about certain products. However, once the issue was escalated, they were able to resolve it satisfactorily.
