I'm so glad I found Hos Schl Chinese Martial Arts! The instructors are amazing and they create a positive and supportive environment to train in. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun. I love how they focus not only on physical techniques but also on mental and spiritual aspects of martial arts. It's a well-rounded training experience.
