My son lived at Vista Del Mar for 2+ years. First the special care unit and then Handler unit. This was a very positive place for him. He has been at a few facilities and in his own words, his stay at Vista Del Mar was the most positive.The teachers, counselors, and all staff were good to my son. They counseled him & tried to stear him in a positive direction. When you go to Vista Del Mar it feels like a home environment rather than just a clinical setting. I highly recommend Vista Del Mar. My son Michael and I truly miss the staff at Vista.
