My experience with New Hanover Child Care LTD has been mixed. While the staff is generally friendly and attentive, I have had some concerns regarding the cleanliness and organization of the facilities. There have been instances where my child's belongings have gone missing or have been mixed up with other children's belongings. Additionally, the communication with parents could be improved. I appreciate the effort put into creating a safe and nurturing environment, but I believe there is room for improvement.
