Andrew and the other techs from Russell's worked hard in miserably hot conditions to install two new units in my home over the course of two days, and they did a fantastic job. They were professional and careful in everything they did inside my home, from protecting the stairs and flooring, and thoroughly cleaning up after themselves when they were done. Not a speck of anything left on my carpet even though they'd been up in the attic and in & out of the house all day. They were even concerned about being quiet so as not to disturb us in the house.
Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They took the time to answer all my questions, and even left me a couple extra filters. Excellent work done in a courteous and professional manner.
