I had a mixed experience with Link inc. While their customer service was satisfactory, I found their website to be slightly confusing. It took some time for me to find the information I needed. However, once I got in touch with their team, they were quite helpful and addressed my concerns promptly. Overall, I would say my experience with Link inc was decent.
