Service experience was terrible. 4 attempts to fix an issue and on one occasion they just washed it and returned it.
As for sales......DO NOT give them your monthly budget. The showroom tour guide (sort of sales) willl pass you to finance (the true salesmen who negotiate on the pretence they are on you side) They can hit any finance number with no real discount. The fake I shouldn t say this without speaking to my manager or I don t know if we can get a deal this good but we can try charades are very tiresome. Always ensure you walk out on their first offer and ask another Audi dealer to beat the offer as they certainly don t work together. Good cars though despite all that
