One of the better companies to work for. I already have quite a bit of work experience, traffic is certainly in the top 3 of the best and most educational companies.

You get plenty of room to develop yourself and to broaden your knowledge whether you come in as a traffic controller or another position.

Your colleagues are (in my experience) helpful and certainly want to give you their knowledge. A lot can be discussed from management.
