Original condo rental, a few weeks after a down payment was made, became unavailable after owner decided not to rent. Meyer company found us an equivalent condo at the same price. Getting physically into the condo was easy as was leaving after a month. The place was big, well appointed, with beautiful view of the ocean from the large balcony.
Gulf Shores in Feb is quiet with temps averaging around 58-60 this year with a lot of wind and some rain. Tis a lot better than the Wisconsin weather in February.
We rented the same place for next February through Meyer.
