I recently completed the She Births program and I must say, it was the best decision I made during my pregnancy. The program provided me with a wealth of knowledge and skills that helped me prepare both mentally and physically for childbirth. The instructors were amazing and created a supportive environment throughout. I highly endorse She Births!
