I have been a customer of RMU for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they provide the necessary services, there is definitely room for improvement. The website is often slow and unresponsive, which can be frustrating at times. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have any issues or questions. Overall, I would give RMU an average rating.
