The experience with Faith On The Move, LLC was average. The website bobandhisbus.com was easy to navigate and they had a good selection of buses available. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable and it took a while to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience.
