I have been using Transportation Information Systems, Inc. for a couple of years now and I must say that my experience has been average. The website tisfleet.imagineit.com is easy to navigate, but there are a few areas where improvements can be made. The customer service is responsive, but the response time could be faster. Overall, I would say that the company is decent, but there is room for improvement.
