I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Orson & Co. The product I received was not up to the mark and had some flaws. The customer service was average, they took a while to respond and didn't provide a satisfactory solution. I had to go through the hassle of returning the item and didn't get the desired outcome. I expected better from a company like Orson & Co.
