Dwight Conrad is an average company. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer for a few years now, and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been blown away. Their customer service could use some improvement, as their response times are often delayed. Overall, a decent company, but there are definitely better options out there.
