I had a mixed experience with On for Friday. While the website was easy to use and I found a good deal on a hotel, the customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I was satisfied with the booking process, but the customer service could definitely be improved.
