As a long-time customer of American Graphite Technology, INC, I must say that their services have always been average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. Their customer support is usually helpful, although I have had a few instances where they were not very responsive. Overall, my experience with the company has been fairly satisfactory.
