Being a loyal customer of JFE, I can confidently say that their service is average. While the website is easy to navigate, I often find the product descriptions to be lacking important details. The customer service is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, JFE is decent, but there is room for improvement.
