We managed to get reservation really easily for Tuesday when I called on Monday. That had to ring the bell but it didn't. Service was amazing and i cant say anything at all. It does deserve 3 stars. However food was above and beyond disappointment. I had langoustine, halibut (signature dish) and wild strawberries. All 3 dishes were dull no flavor and I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Halibut is their signature dish but it was one big disappointment. My partners dishes were not impressive either.
I was very much disappointed and i hope they will take into consideration feedback and will try to do something. I don't think this restaurant has a lot of loyal customers. There are lots of good restaurants in London and Alain Ducasse one is not one of them
