I have been using Australian Taxi Industry Association (ATIA) for several months now and I must say, their service is average at best. The drivers are usually friendly, but the cars are not always in the best condition. There have been a few instances where I've had to wait longer than expected for a taxi to arrive. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
