My entire experience with NSC surpassed expectations. Selection, quality, and customer service are excellent. NSC is the only place I was able to find the quality of padparadscha sapphire I was seeking, and pricing was reasonable. Beyond that, I cannot say enough about the service I received! Lauren was able to work with me on my time line at no extra cost, from browsing and ordering renderings, to purchase and delivery. When it was time to have the stone set, I received the same great service. I customized my design, working through options with renderings, and finally purchased the setting at my pace. Having the stone shipped back and set on a short timeline was also a smooth process. But when the setting came back from casting with minor defects, lauren caught it and reordered the setting, and I was notified immediately - yet NSC still delivered the ring within the initial schedule window. The ring I received was absolutely beautiful, from the stones to the craftsmanship of the setting, and arrived with full documentation and impressively packaged within a discreet mailing box. NSC is at the top of the game in every aspect that matters to a discerning customer when it comes to selling sapphires. Thank you!
