I was never one to enjoy working out or know what exercises to do at the gym. It was a nuisance to go to the gym and my workouts weren t getting the job done. One day a friend told me about a 6 week fitness challenge that was being held at a nearby downtown Buffalo gym. The challenge incorporated weekly small group trainings held by a personal trainer. The gym is a nice trendy space with a variety of equipment to utilize. I was very skeptical about the whole challenge but figured if I was taught what to do I would be more inclined to work out and enjoy it. I was proven right within the first few weeks of participating in the fitness challenge with personal trainer, Rich. He provides you with a nutrition guide to follow and various weight training exercises that always make you sweat. He challenges you during every workout and pushes you to work harder and stronger. He s dedicated, knowledgeable, and doesn t allow you to give up easily. I started seeing results within a few weeks. I was dropping pounds and body fat and my clothes started to fit better than they have in quite a while. Making the decision to join the fitness challenge and work with a personal trainer has changed my life and helped me get in the best shape I ve ever been in.
