If you want to 'get your body back' this is the place to go. The classes are semi-private and focused. Pilates is hard and once you get used to it, it feels great. It does not tear on your body with impact like other forms of exercise, does quite the opposite and builds a lot of muscle body wide, makes you more flexible, and burns a lot of fat. The teachers here will do that and they're interesting and nice!
