I recently stayed at a hotel booked through one of those online travel agencies. The experience was great overall, except for a few minor issues. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I did encounter a problem with the air conditioning that took some time to fix. Other than that, it was a good experience.
