My experience with Myrtle Beach National Company was average. The website, malaysiantakaful.com.my, was easy to navigate. However, I found that the customer service was lacking. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
