I had a mixed experience with Kriegman and Smith, Inc. The product I ordered was of good quality and arrived on time, which is great. However, I had some issues with their customer service. When I reached out with a question, it took a long time to get a response and the staff was not very helpful or friendly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
