A Calamity of Errors

A Calamity of Errors
After dining at Jonah s last night, I have to say there was only two good things about this place. The view and the potato bread.
Being a vegetarian who does not love cheese I asked if there was anything without it and was presented with a Vegan menu. Perfect!
Entre comes, it fine not amazing but I am here celebrating with family.
Main comes, it the wrong risotto it has exactly the same flavors I have just eaten and my side of peas has pancetta in it. Immediately I tell the lady who delivered the food. She says to me it is vegetarian my response That s pork and also not what I ordered . She takes it away and the rest of my table eat.
About 5 mins later our server comes back and asks if I would like another glass of wine. Sure I know I am going to be waiting 10-15 while they recook my correct meal. But the lady I am sitting with has been waiting 15 mins for her glass of wine so I point that out as well.
To cap it off a bowl of peas is brought out to me 10 mins before my risotto .. just minted peas .. not sure what I was meant to do with them, perhaps nibble on them while I waited for my main.
Dessert I pass on, and again coffee is forgotten for one man at our table.
The food was ok by our tables standard, but wow the service was lacking.
Go for the view and drink and pop down to the boatshed for a meal and save yourself the $800+ we spent.
