I have been a loyal customer of thecomputerplace.com for quite some time now, and I have to say that their service has been average at best. While their products are of good quality, their customer support leaves much to be desired. It often takes a long time to get a response from their support team, and sometimes the issues remain unresolved. Overall, it's an okay experience, but I believe they can improve in terms of customer service.
