I recently had the opportunity to work with Alliance Property Management, Inc and overall, my experience was average. While they did handle some maintenance issues promptly, there were a few instances where communication could have been better. The leasing process was smooth, but there were some delays in getting the necessary paperwork completed. Overall, a decent experience.
