I recently used the services of K2 Technical, llc and I must say that my experience was average. The website, k2-technical.com, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. However, the customer service was not exceptional. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but not outstanding. I felt that there could have been more attention to detail and thoroughness in their approach. Overall, K2 Technical, llc is an average company with room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
