I have mixed feelings about Erie Community Credit ...

I have mixed feelings about Erie Community Credit Union. On one hand, their customer service is outstanding, and I appreciate the personalized attention they provide. However, I have encountered some technical glitches with their online banking system, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, I would recommend this credit union for their excellent customer service, but improvements could be made in terms of their technology.
