I recently had the opportunity to work with Hjs Creative and overall, I found their services to be average. There were definitely positive aspects to my experience, such as their prompt response time and professional communication. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find the information I needed. However, I did encounter some challenges during the process. The creative concepts provided lacked originality and failed to capture my vision as a customer. Additionally, there were delays in the delivery of final products which was disappointing. Although their customer service was friendly and helpful, I expected more innovative and standout designs from a creative company. 😐
