I recently had the opportunity to work with a construction management company whose website is "edmbuilds.com". Overall, my experience was quite average. While the company demonstrated good project management skills and communication throughout the process, I found the quality of their work to be average as well. The end result met my expectations, but there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. One thing I appreciated was their attention to detail and willingness to rectify any issues that arose. However, I feel that they could improve in terms of timeliness and efficiency. Their pricing was fair, but not exceptional. In conclusion, if you're looking for a decent construction management company, "Elevate development management" is worth considering, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
