I have had a mixed experience with the Indian army. While some aspects were commendable, others were disappointing. The recruitment process was efficient and transparent, but the training provided was inadequate. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of leadership and discipline within the organization. Overall, my experience with the Indian army has been average.
