I recently used Health net and found their services to be satisfactory. The website functionality is decent and I was able to access the required information. However, I felt that certain areas could be improved. The customer service was average, with representatives not being as helpful as I expected. Nevertheless, the overall experience was decent and I would consider using Health net again in the future.
