As a customer of Groupe aldem, I must say that my experience with them has been quite average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate Groupe aldem as an average company.
