I went in to get cleaned up for an important event. legitimately waited 2.5 hours for a beard trim. Aside from the displeasure with how my beard was trimmed, my neck and face have been cut open literally all over and is very painful. My barber said "I'm sorry for the neck damage" but I'm the one who's sorry for trusting an unskilled barber, wasting an entire afternoon and spending 20 bucks to look like a stab victim. I'd love to post these pictures.
