Poor and very slow customer service. Before I walked out the door I noticed that I was charged for the items that I did not order. I went to ask for a refund. The cashier said it was not her fault instead of apologizing for the error. Then, she asked me to wait to get refund...I kept waiting and waiting and waiting... after 5-10 minutes, the cashier asked if refund in cash would be okay. She gave me $7. I asked for my receipt that has over $50 of purchases. She then took back the $7 and asked someone to get another person to process the refund. I found out the actual refund should have been $7.19. I wondered why she didn't get another person to process refund in the first place? Why did she try to keep my receipt of $51.35? Wanting to get my 19 cents or the $51.35?? Check your ticket before you pay, or don't go there if you don't want to go through what I went through today!
