We had a Military family member there in Nov-Jan. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially the Military. They sell a good program but don t believe it. Cynthia told us they would reimburse us for gas & motel for a visit with our Military family member but after driving 1800 miles we received no reimbursement. Tried calling Cynthia who is the Military coordinator about it initially but she doesn t return calls very well. My Husband twice went their to catch Cynthia & the therapist in the parking lot so we could try and get questions answered. They did pay for a hotel once we got their but we had to arrange this in the parking lot. They should take care of this without us having to jump thru hoops when dealing with so much. Our family members meds were messed up 3 times. Twice they forgot to give them to him and once they wrote the in house prescription wrong and due to a holiday he had to wait for meds even though he was inpatient. He only actually saw the therapist Cazar once a week for less than an hour and most of the time was group therapy. Finally the therapist was fired in Jan. We believe they may have strung our family members stay along just for insurance payout because since day 1 the date for discharge kept changing. A 14 days stay to stabilize meds turned into 2 months. These Military members don t get a choice on where to go like civilians do and this place is messed up.
