As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Mak & co. chartered accountants as average. Their services are satisfactory, but not exceptional. I had some minor issues with the quality of their work, but overall they were able to get the job done. The team was professional and responsive to my queries. While they may not be the best accounting firm out there, they certainly provide decent services at a reasonable price. I would recommend Mak & co. to those who are looking for an average accounting firm.
