We had such a great experience when we purchased our new RX350 in June of this year that we returned in August to buy a second one!
Our salesman, Chad Milner, was exactly what we needed. He is courteous, low pressure, helpful, listens, and leaves no doubt he is working for you. We have purchased a lot of cars in our life and this experience was by far the best.
Next we were fortunate to be handed off to Riggs Jones, Finance Manager. These guys have one of the toughest jobs in the sales business. Riggs explained in detail the various service / protection plans as well as finance options. Again, he listened and was not at all pushy when we declined a particular package.
Finally when it was time for the delivery process, we were fortunate to have Brooke Ballard show us all of the electronic features and options. Brooke is very knowledgable, very patient and very through! A really pleasant experience!
Bottom line: If you are thinking of purchasing a new Lexus, I would recomment you look up our team. I promise you won't be disappointed!
