I recently visited Hair Factory in Berlin and I must say that I had an average experience. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean and well-maintained. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the haircut I received. The stylist didn't quite understand what I wanted, and I ended up with a style that wasn't exactly what I had in mind. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
