The person assigned to me in the entry area was tied up with another customer. The manager sitting in the corner desk noticed this. He came over and said he could help me get things started with my service appointment. He checked me in and eventually my person freed up. I was impressed that the manager stepped in to minimize my time waiting.

Once in the waiting room, I liked the signs that said they realize a customer's time is important and instructed people who believed they had been waiting longer they expected to talk to the service desk about what was going on. It was a different experience than I was used to in dealer service interactions. I liked it.
