The tour guides are well versed in the subjection of the regional mining activities and answered everyone's questions. Even with the pandemic going on you still get to go down in the mine but you will be walking close to two miles in dark, damp, cold (around 50 degrees), and muddy environment. The tour I found informative, fun and worth the price.

The gift shop has your typical tourist knickknacks along with several copper and gemstone related trinkets.
