I have been a customer of Golden Phone Telecom for the past three years, and overall I am happy with their service. The call quality is good, and I haven't experienced any major issues with the network. The customer support team is also helpful and resolves queries in a timely manner. However, there have been a few instances where there were network outages, which was a bit frustrating. But, considering the overall experience, I would rate the company as average.
